Lisa Sheldon, CTC, MCC serves as DWHSA’s president. She is a destination wedding specialist who has focused on this niche for more than half of her 32-year career in the travel industry. Her experience includes managing a AAA Travel office, owning a storefront agency, and running her home-based travel business for the past 11 years.

Liz Scull is DWHSA's general manager in Canada. She helped hundreds of travel advisors across the country as the former developer and manager of the DestinationVows program for Ensemble Travel Group. Liz also worked with several Canadian wholesalers before moving to the agency community.

​John K. Hawks serves as DWHSA’s executive director. He has worked with travel industry organizations for 31 years, serving previously as president of the Association of Retail Travel Agents (ARTA), senior vice president of the National Tour Association (NTA), and a consultant for groups ranging from the Tourism Works For America Council (TWFAC) to the Outside Sales Support Network (OSSN).
