DWHSA's Training Webinars
Every week, we produce three webinars (Zooms) for our members - about 150 sessions annually. Half of those sessions feature internal training topics (e.g., creating wedding web sites for couples, managing independent contractors). We reserve the other half - about 75 slots each year - for suppliers and destinations. There is NO fee for supplier and destination marketing organization (DMO) speakers. Our goal is exposing our members to as many companies and romantic places as possible each year! The webinar slots are 60 minutes (up to 45 minutes of presentation and 10-15 minutes of Q&A). DWHSA will set up and moderate these Zoom webinars so that you may focus on showing slides and/or web pages as you speak. We encourage you to give us a PDF copy of your slides, copies of your brochures and flyers, and any web links you wish to share with our members. Finally, with your permission, we'll record your webinar and post the video (along with download links for your materials) in our training library inside DWHSAMembers.com. DWHSA's Resource Center
Our members-only library houses an updated collection of supplier/DMO materials for travel advisors - everything from destination wedding (DW) ceremony package brochures to links to your agent-only web sites and photo galleries. There is NO fee for you to submit materials and links to us for the resource center. Because it's online (and therefore low cost!), we strongly encourage you to send us as much information as you'd like to share with our members:

The Romance Travel Trunk Show
Every spring, DWHSA hosts a virtual event called the Romance Travel Trunk Show (RTTS). Our goal is introducing our members - as well as non-member advisors - to the widest range of destinations and suppliers during the three-hour exhibit time (2 pm to 5 pm EDT/11 am to 2 pm PDT [U.S.A./Canada]). Last year, we featured more than 50 exhibitors and drew more than 900 agent attendees. This is the ONLY online event endorsed and supported by DWHSA. Here's the brochure explaining how RTTS works - and here's the registration form. Why is the registration so inexpensive? Our goal is attracting a crowd of companies and destinations so our members can meet as many suppliers as possible (especially those who can't afford the larger shows). And, we deal directly with tech vendors to operate the event, so we can keep the hosting costs extremely low. BONUS: During the trunk show, we show training videos on the main screen while agents visit the online booths. After the event, we post those videos on a public web page for agents to view afterwards. We've already assigned 7 of the 18 10-minute video slots to early-bird suppliers, but we will offer the remaining slots (at no charge) to the next 11 vendors who register for booths. (You may create your own video and submit it to us, or we'll gladly schedule a Zoom with you and record your presentation.) |

The Romance Travel University
DWHSA's annual conference will take place this fall in Jamaica at the Iberostar Rose Hall complex (Montego Bay). This members-only event will draw 150 advisors and 40 suppliers/DMOs. Here's the conference site showing the schedule and other details. (Note: Advisors will stay an extra day through Sept. 25, but you may depart Sept. 24.) Here's the 2026 conference brochure - and here's the registration form. (At this time, we have 26 supplier/DMO slots left.) This event is the ONLY romance travel conference in the world that does NOT host advisors. We require our members to pay their own expenses to attend to show their commitment to building their businesses (this is not a "free trip" for them). BONUS: DWHSA covers the "hard dollar" costs of the welcome reception on Tuesday evening as part of our group room block contract. In 2026, we will designate (at no charge) 10 attending vendors as "sponsors" of that reception to thank them for early registrations. Those sponsor slots will be assigned to the next 10 suppliers/DMOs who sign up for the event. |

We will freeze our pricing into next year. The registration rates shown above and in the linked brochures will remain the same in 2027. (The only change of course will be the lodging costs for RTU as set by next year's host resort.)
